Dancer

Lindsay Kenders, a native of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, is a junior at West Virginia University pursuing a major in public relations and a minor in dance. She is a member of Public Relations Student Society of America and the WVU Dance Ensemble.

Lindsay has performed in several shows for the Dance Ensemble as well as choreographed for one. She trained at Marlene Moore’s Dance Studio in Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, primarily with instructor and choreographer Diane Meredith for 13 years.

She was offered the opportunity to assist Diane Meredith, student teach hip-hop classes, travel some of the east coast dancing in areas from New York to Virginia with a competitive dance group. She had the great honor of performing on Pittsburgh’s Benedum Center stage in the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera’s “42nd Street” in their summer 2006 season.

This is her first year with Alchemy Dance Project.
